Your mind deserves a copy

Every notes app asks you to do the work. We built one where speaking is the entire job — the story behind MyMindNotes.

MyMindNotes

Every notes app ever made has the same silent contract: we give you the empty box, you do the work. Type it. Title it. Tag it. File it. Find it again — if you can remember what you called it.

That contract is why every notes app eventually becomes a graveyard. The thoughts that mattered are in there somewhere, under three years of untitled notes and a folder called “misc”.

We wanted the opposite contract. You do nothing. We do everything.

Speaking is the entire job

Open the app. The microphone is already on — that’s deliberate. The distance between a thought and its capture must be zero, because thoughts don’t wait.

Say whatever is in your head: a gift idea, a worry, tomorrow’s plan, a half-formed product insight. Close the app. That’s it. That’s the whole workflow.

What happens next is the magic

Your words are transcribed and handed to an AI organizer that treats your notebook the way a careful human would: life areas, topics within them, clean pages within those. It rewrites your rambling into prose you’ll actually enjoy re-reading — without losing a single fact. If you printed your notebook, it would read like something a very organized person kept by hand.

And when you need anything back, you don’t search. You ask. “What did I decide about mom’s birthday?” “Brief me for tomorrow.” It answers from everything you’ve ever said.

A copy of your mind

That’s what this adds up to: not a notes app, but a second copy of your mind — one that never forgets, never loses the thread, and hands you exactly the right memory at exactly the right moment.

Your first 60 thoughts every month are free. Start speaking.
